Seller's Agent vs. Listing Agent
Every listing agent technically represents a seller, but not every agent who works with sellers is a specialist. I'm a seller's specialist: pricing, marketing, negotiation, and follow-through are my whole business, not a side of it.

What's the difference between a seller's agent and a listing agent?
They're often used interchangeably. A seller's agent represents the seller in a sale. I'm a seller's specialist — selling homes is my entire business, not part of it.
Do I pay you up front?
No. Real estate commission is paid at closing out of the sale proceeds. You don't pay anything out of pocket to list your home.
Will you tell me the truth about my home's condition?
Always. I'll tell you exactly what I'd tell my own family — what to fix, what to leave, and what your home will actually sell for in its current condition.
